Demands on Young Scientists
Both industry and research expect young scientists to be qualified and skilled in more than just their special fields of studies. Multiple skills call for multiple concepts. Interdisciplinary advanced training is a cornerstone of your career and improves your prospects after you have earned your doctorate.
Together with its partners*, KHYS offers you a large variety of quality-assured advanced training courses. Our program covers trainings for competences in the areas of research and communication, management, doctoral research phase and career planning as well as languages.
For young scientists, who have registered with KHYS, KHYS covers the entire costs of participation or major parts of it. In some instances, a small fee of up to €50 will have to be paid by participants for the courses.
Overview of the courses
For a chronological list of the events please go to our calendar of courses and events. Please note: The preparation of our 2019 training program has not been completed yet. As in previous years, you will be able to choose from a broad range of courses. You will be regularly notified about additions to our program through our newsletter.
