Within the framework of a personal assessment, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your current professional situation. You will deal with your personal goals and derive concrete steps for your further career and competence development.

Such a review will help you to focus your life and career planning (e.g. when weighing up specific career steps in the fields of science or business) and to work on your own development areas in a goal-oriented manner.

Please note that an assessment of your current position does not constitute individual career counselling. Rather, the purpose of this event is to help you create a basis for reflection for your long-term professional and private decisions.

Technical requirements if the workshop will be held online: To participate in this workshop, you need a stable internet connection, a webcam and a microphone. Participants will receive further detailed information regarding the online-platform prior to the workshop.

The workshop is open to postdocs at KIT who are KHYS members.
