Karlsruhe House of Young Scientists (KHYS) offers refunds for participation fees for doctoral researchers and postdocs who regularly attend German classes in the winter semester 2023/24. Please find all information about who is eligible for the refund and how to apply on our website.

Application Process for the Refund Program
You can apply here via our event calendar. Please make sure that you have chosen your course level and that you have taken the online placement test recommended for the course (if necessary) before applying for the refund. Deadline for the application for the refund program at KHYS is September 27, 2023.

For successful applicants the process will be as follows:
KHYS will inform all applicants of the outcome of their application until October 13, 2023. If your application for the refund is successful, please do not forget to register for the German course you have chosen at Studienkolleg at the beginning of the semester.
