Are you currently facing a challenge in your role as a doctoral researcher at KIT? Do you find it hard identifying an adequate solution or would you like to have an outsider’s opinion on your situation? Then use the insight and experience of your peers at KIT to help you move on.

Peer-coaching is a form of consultation in which individuals with a shared background learn from each other’s experiences. By discussing the challenges of your situation with other doctoral candidates in a structured format and within a trustful environment, you can gain valuable ideas for resolving current challenges in your work-context.

The consultation will be held in English.
