Structure of the KHYS-supported Advanced Training Program

By participating in the diversified KIT advanced training program in the fields of research, management, teaching, funding and promotion, and career planning you are enabled to get fit for practice and to establish important networks and working relationships while doing your doctoral studies. 

Please choose your favorites from the components given below to enhance your personal development and plan your professional career. We recommend participating in the workshops of our basic program and selecting further courses from the supplementary program, for example Team Work, Project Management, and keys2competence.

The overall program has been developed together with our partners, the House of Competence (HoC) and Human Resources Development Department PEW, and is upgraded continuously to suit your demands.

Basic Program

Our basic program compiles the skills and qualifications that distinguish successful young scientists. 

After participation in a start workshop, you are free to choose the building blocks that may enhance your personal development. There is no particular time fixed for completion of the workshops you select.
