The following training event is currently planned as in-person seminar for July. However, due to the dynamic situation, it is conceivable that the date or format might change. In any case, our trainer is committed to holding this event. A registration is thus still possible.

The "Personal Orientation" workshop will give you the opportunity to reflect on, analyse and evaluate your current professional situation. You will thus examine your personal goals and derive from them specific next steps to further advance your career and competences.

Through such an appraisal, you can systematically support the planning of your career and personal life (e.g. when you are about to complete your doctorate or when considering specific career steps) or prepare the discussion of career-related issues with your supervisor.

Please note that this workshop does not provide an individual job counselling. Rather, its goal is to help you laying the foundation for deciding about the directions of your medium-term professional and personal development.
